VOLUP. This is a gorgeous 1930s style handmade formal gown in modern crepe backed satin with chiffon sleeves. It’s a wonderful shade of peacock blue, and I’m only letting this go because it’s too tight for my child-bearing hips (sob!). There are no fastenings, this pulls on over the head. Poppers on the wrists. The back has 3 good quality diamante buttons for decoration only.

Photos aren’t particularly good as the dress is too big for my mannequin.

Measurements:

Bust = 40”, but is flexible in the cup due to gathers
Waist = 38”, but can be cinched in with the belt
Hips = 46” max
Length from top of shoulder to hem = 60”
Belt total length = 40”

Note: There is no fastening on the belt, I used a brooch. But you can add whatever you like, think vintage diamante buckle?
